For some reason, Haley seems to have more trouble with the letter K than any other letter in the alphabet. Sometimes it might take her 20 minutes to figure out what it is, far longer than any of the other letters she had trouble with.

And if you show her a K, and she finally gets it, and then you show her another K 10-15 seconds later, she's completely lost again.

I have a feeling this is going to be a hard, long road.

Perhaps the best bang I've ever gotten for a buck was when I purchased the Vapor's Gambit board game at Gen Con for $1. Justin and Haley both love to play it, and they actually let me win the other night.
